Estimated delivery time within India is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, WordOnThread may offer free shipping as part of promotional offers.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive tracking details after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your name, address, PIN code, and phone number are correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the package and affected product.

International Shipping
